In Pursuit Books is our full-service imprint for writers who want to tell the story of their company or a person behind its success. Often, a business book serves as a branding tool that inspires others to succeed. For nonprofits it can be an impressive recruiting tool or a gift of appreciation to donors.
Businesses may submit a finished manuscript that we will edit, or we can provide a writer to craft your story. We will then collaborate with you on the creative development and other publication details. We also provide a marketing program to maximize exposure and sales. Your book will be produced as a softcover, hardcover and e-book. All three versions will be available for purchase through Ingram’s international distribution network.

Traditional Publishing
Typically for established writers with superb stories
- This option is normally only for seasoned writers (with or without an agent) with superb work and a verifiable track record of sales and marketing success. The term traditional means that the author will not pay for any development costs or fees, and will typically be offered an advance payment on royalties.
Hybrid Publishing
Typically for emerging and established writers
- This option is best for emerging writers with high-quality work desiring a professional-level publishing experience. Writers accepted into our Emerging Author Program are positioned to land a traditional deal on subsequent books. Those best suited for this program are motivated and collaborative, and receive the same level of editing, creative development and marketing as our traditional authors.
