Writing a book is one thing — getting it self-published is a mind-boggling process, like facing a maze with 1,000 paths and trying to figure out which one to take to get to the end.  Rather than lose my mind, I decided to contact a publisher listed on the IngramSpark website.  I called and was surprised that the president, John Koehler himself, answered the phone.  All of my anxiety vanished at once.  John put me completely at ease in a caring, honest and humorous way.  He made me feel important; he valued my opinion…he never talked to me as if he knew better than me what I needed to do.  John is very skilled at getting past the professional role and just being a great guy who knows how to build a relationship.  That to me is more important than anything.  Thank you John Koehler for your caring support and expertise.  I am thrilled with the way it all turned out.
